MOBILITY TRAINING
This session will include an in-dept assessment of your Mobility and Joint Function. Aswell as relevant Training methods/ exercise coaching to help you regain lacking Mobility and improve your joint health and strength. Joint dysfunction is extremeley common and often goes un-noticed due to our body's ability to compensate. This becomes a problem and creates long term pain, re-accuring injuries & performance plateua. During this assessment you will also recieve exercise coaching relevant to your needs.

60-MINUTE SPORTS MASSAGE
A Sports Massage focused on relieving muscle tightness, aches and improving your recovery from
training. This Session can be tailored towards specific body parts/areas.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Work with Jake on a 1-1 level to achieve your fitness goals & capitalise on your internal health. This will include in-person Training sessions, an additional training programme to follow along side your sessions, nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins & body scans. You can add regular treatments to your coaching package at a reduced rate to maximise your recovery & progress.
